1. Introduction

Welcome to The CV Tailor. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. AI Services & Disclaimer

Our service utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to generate and optimize resume content. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or "hallucinations."
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all generated content for accuracy and suitability before using it for any job application.
• We do not guarantee that the use of our services will result in job interviews, offers, or employment.

3. Credits, Payments & Refunds

• Credits: Services are provided on a credit basis. 1 Credit = 1 Tailored CV.
• Expiration: Purchased credits expire 90 days from the date of purchase. Free or promotional credits may have different expiration terms as specified at the time of issuance.
• No Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Pricing: We reserve the right to change pricing for credits at any time.

4. User Conduct & License

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or to generate fraudulent documents.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or use automated means to access the service.
• Resell or redistribute access to your account or credits.

You retain ownership of your personal data and resumes. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and modify that content solely for the purpose of providing the services to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The CV Tailor and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
